At Mystery Pearl , our goal is for you to be fascinated by your experience. Due to the unique and organic nature of our products, our return policy is governed by the following conditions:
1. Right to Withdrawal (30 Days)
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with the oyster's safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.
2. Items Excluded from Returns
For hygiene and health reasons, and in accordance with regulations regarding sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery:

No returns will be accepted for oysters that have been opened.

No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the pearl color revealed. The factor of surprise and chance is the very essence of Mystery Pearl .
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you notice that the oyster has lost its vacuum seal, liquid has leaked, or the pendant has a manufacturing defect upon arrival:

Email us at info.mysterypearl@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt.

Attach photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

We will send you a 100% free replacement via express shipping so you don't miss out on your Valentine's moment.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (for unopened products), we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days . The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If the return is due to withdrawal (product is intact but no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective Product: If the return is due to a defective item, Mystery Pearl will cover all shipping costs.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been shipped. Due to our fast processing for Valentine's Day, we recommend contacting us within the first 2 hours after placing your order.
